2. Appointments and Cancellations
2.1 Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or in person.
2.2 Clients are required to provide at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
2.3 Failure to cancel or reschedule within the above mentioned time frame may result in a cancellation fee of 300rs.
3. Health and Safety
3.1 All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies, as a safety precaution for all pets and staff. Proof of vaccination may be required.
3.2 Dogs with aggressive behavior or severe anxiety may require special handling, and we reserve the right to refuse service if safety is at risk.
3.3 We will not groom dogs with untreated infections, parasites (e.g., fleas, ticks), or other health issues that may pose a risk to staff or other pets.
4. Pet Owner Responsibilities
4.1 You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, behavioral concerns, or special requirements your dog may have prior to the appointment.
5. Liability
5.1 While we take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety, you agree that we will not be held liable for any unforeseen accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during grooming unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
5.2 Minor injuries (e.g., nicks, scratches) may occur during grooming, especially in matted coats or sensitive areas. We will notify you of any incidents immediately.
6. Pricing and Payment
6.1 All prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
6.2 Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, UPI, and online transfer.
6.3 Additional charges may apply for extra services or for handling heavily matted coats, excessively dirty dogs, or challenging behavior.
7. Photo and Media Release
7.1 By using our services, you consent to us taking photos or videos of your dog for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media. If you do not consent, please inform us in writing before the appointment.
